Catch Them Young / Teach Them Peace 2022: 2.0

Today, a team of World Institute for Peace visited two primary schools in the ancient town of Kuta, in Osun State, Nigeria on a social development project tagged “Catch Them Young/Teach Them Peace”.

The visitation is in commemoration of the anniversary of the 10 years on throne of His Royal Highness, the Olowu of Owu Kuta, Oba Adekunle Oyelude Makama, Tegbosun III.

The two primary schools that were visited in the kingdom are; AUD primary school and Africa Primary school.

At the schools, we donated shoes and socks for numbers of the poorly dressed pupils who did not have good foot wears as we also had an eye opening discussion with them on the necessity of a peaceful living in their daily lives and society.
